Jon Hammes is the founder and managing partner of Hammes Company. His primary responsibilities include providing overall leadership and managing the efforts of the multinational organization. Mr. Hammes is recognized as a leader in the development, financing, and management of strategic real estate assets, specifically in the healthcare industry.
Prior to forming Hammes Company, Mr. Hammes was a Midwest Regional Partner for Trammell Crow Company, and a member of its Management Board. Mr. Hammes earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science, Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin. He serves on the boards of several organizations, including the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee and the Medical College of Wisconsin, among others. Mr. Hammes is a recipient of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association’s Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Richard Galling is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Hammes Company. Mr. Galling is responsible for directing the company’s service line divisions and regional offices. He is considered a national leading expert on the planning and development of hospitals and ambulatory facilities, having personally directed the development of more than 100 facilities over a 25-year period. Mr. Galling is often quoted in national healthcare publications and speaks regularly at various industry associations and trade groups.
Prior to joining Hammes Company, Mr. Galling was the Director of Development for the Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza and the corporate headquarters of Northwestern Mutual Life, and served in the same capacity for the University Place mixed-use development. Mr. Galling is a licensed Professional Engineer and Architect and a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Todd Kibler is a Partner with Hammes Company and serves as Senior Vice President of Finance & Investments and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kibler has overall responsibility for the company’s financial affairs, including project and corporate finance, deal structuring, accounting, taxation, and risk management. He oversees the company’s Real Estate Services Group, including development and property management and leasing activities associated with the company’s real estate investment portfolio.
Previously, Mr. Kibler served as the Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration for Corporex Companies. Mr. Kibler is a Certified Public Accountant and affiliated with several professional real estate memberships. Mr. Kibler holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics and Political Science from the University of California and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Kevin Kraiss is a Senior Vice President with primary responsibility for managing the firm's Pacific Coast regional resources and client relationships. Mr. Kraiss coordinates Hammes Company’s efforts in the delivery of varied projects with a concentration on medical office building development and ownership, including feasibility and market analyses, site selection, strategic master facility planning, real estate assessments, budgeting, and the development and acquisition of a broad range of healthcare facilities.
Previously, Mr. Kraiss was a Certified Public Accountant and served as a consultant and auditor with Deloitte where he was responsible for the day-to-day coordination of engagements with Fortune 500 and multinational clients. Mr. Kraiss is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Travis Messina is Senior Director with Hammes Company International. He is responsible for the firm's activities globally, including business strategy, management, team leadership and development. Mr. Messina has extensive experience in the planning, development, and project management of a broad range of healthcare projects and related real estate. In recent years, he has led the development of outpatient/ambulatory facilities, inpatient developments, medical office complexes, master facility plans, and business plans.
Previously, Mr. Messina worked in the construction industry, specializing in healthcare and biotech facilities. Mr. Messina graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and is completing his Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Charles Runyon is a Senior Vice President and leads the firm’s Strategy and Planning Services Group. His responsibilities include oversight for all engagements involving financial analyses, service lines, competitive market and volume demands, and operations. He has been instrumental in developing innovative approaches to healthcare planning, creating business and market-based facility solutions for healthcare providers, and developing capital allocation tools and processes to streamline capital submissions.
Mr. Runyon began his career at Price Waterhouse & Co. where he led audit engagements and prepared SEC filings for publicly-held companies. Mr. Runyon is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is also a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Richard Stoudt is a Senior Vice President and head of the Healthcare Facility Development Services Group for Hammes Company. He oversees project delivery and quality assurance and provides leadership for the professional development of the service group. Prior to joining Hammes Company, Mr. Stoudt was with Turner Construction Company for 30 years, most recently as Vice President of the central Pennsylvania area, with a specific emphasis on the company's healthcare construction projects.
Mr. Stoudt is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and a board member of the Co-County Wellness Services of Reading, Pennsylvania. He also chairs the Board of Trustees at Gwynedd-Mercy College. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.

Holly Sullivan is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Hammes Company with responsibility for managing the firm's national accounts program and overseeing corporate marketing. Ms. Sullivan’s work is focused on helping national healthcare systems with their capital allocation and capital project planning processes. She is also involved in writing and reviewing capital project business plans, project feasibility and market analyses, physician office space marketing, and joint venture structuring.
Prior to joining Hammes Company, Ms. Sullivan was in marketing and sales for a major pharmaceutical company. Ms. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She received her Master of Management from Northwestern University. She currently serves as Chairman of Membership for the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.

Nancy Connolly is a Vice President and Partner with Hammes Company. Mrs. Connolly is responsible for managing the firm’s activities for the East region of the country, including business development, client relationship management, and providing quality assurance and oversight on the firm’s projects in the region.
Prior to joining Hammes Company, Mrs. Connolly worked for the Healthcare Advisory Board as the Senior Relationship Manager with more than 400 national and regional healthcare systems. Her responsibilities included assisting healthcare executives nationally with strategic planning and implementation of business practices to improve hospital operations and performance. Mrs. Connolly is a graduate of Springfield College with a Bachelor of Science. She also obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Mark Coughlin is a Vice President with Hammes Company specializing in healthcare strategic planning, market analyses, operational assessments, feasibility studies and financial pro-forma projections. He has more than 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Hammes Company, Mr. Coughlin was the Executive Vice President and COO of Anatole Health Network, where he directed the start-up and financial assessment activities of this international hospital development company. Mr. Coughlin also led the financial consulting practice of Genesis Healthcare International, a healthcare consulting company, and previously served with the international consulting and accounting firm, Deloitte. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from Trinity University and his Master of Business Administration from Angelo State University.

David Domingue is a Regional Manager with Hammes Company. Mr. Domingue is responsible for managing the firm's activities for the Southeast region, including business development, client relationship management, and providing quality assurance and oversight on the firm's projects in the region.
Previously, Mr. Domingue worked for two leading health systems, Baylor Health Care System and Baptist Health System, where he was involved in marketing and business development. Mr. Domingue has experience in strategic planning, market analyses, site selection, medical staff development planning, and physician recruitment and retention. Mr. Domingue graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Master of Administration from Mississippi State University. He is also board certified in Hospital Administration and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Samuel Essak is a Vice President with Hammes Company and manages the firm's activities in the Midwest, including business development, client relationship management, and providing quality assurance and oversight on the firm's projects in the region. Mr. Essak also works closely with the firm’s Real Estate Services Group.
Prior to joining Hammes Company, Mr. Essak served as the Development Director for a national senior housing development company. Mr. Essak graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Art in Economics and Ecology. At the University of Wisconsin, he earned a Master of Science in Land Resources and in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Mr. Essak is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin, and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Tom Noble is a Regional Manager with Hammes Company. Mr. Noble is responsible for managing the firm's activities for the Central region, including business development, client relationship management, and providing quality assurance and oversight on the firm's projects in the region.
Prior to joining Hammes Company, Mr. Noble served as Vice President of Operations at Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he was responsible for various support departments including Physical Plant and Design and Construction. Mr. Noble also worked in service line leadership at Children’s Medical Center Dallas, prior to joining Methodist. Mr. Noble is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He also holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
