Over the course of a five-month engagement, Hammes Company worked diligently to review and condense St. Anthony's Medical Center's (SAMC) leases across their real estate portfolio, spanning 500,000 SF across seven buildings. A portfolio monetization dating back to 2007 was reviewed and confirmed through a reconciliation of all income and expenses – identifying $275,000 in cost savings and recovery opportunities.  

Adding value to SAMC’s real estate division, Hammes Company selected and implemented a lease administration software solution to be deployed within their internal team.
